We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lorka Gear. With this in mind, we offer a 100% guarantee for 30 days from when you receive your package.

If you aren't thrilled with your Lorka Gear, email us. We are happy to do an exchange for another size or refund your order.

Shipping Policy

Your orders will be processed within one business day of the order being placed. The following are the estimated shipping times after your order is processed: 5-7 working days.

Typically, large urban destinations will have faster shipping times, whereas more remote destinations can take a while longer.
